Cancellation of Orders, Withdrawal & Product Returns

So if you belong to one of the following cases, the return process is simple, easy and immediate.

Therefore, in the event that the product you purchased falls into one of the following cases, you can request its return, which is done according to the following.
Cancellation of Orders:
Upon completion of your order and before the shipment of the product, you have the right to cancel it by sending an e-mail to info@ifadishop.gr or by calling 22310-24808.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel an Order: The right to cancel an order does not apply to cases that are excluded by applicable law and jurisprudence, such as products manufactured for you to your own specifications, services that have already been performed, custom embroidery, special modifications to clothing (such as embroidery of specific logos on clothing) etc.
All products on the ifadishop.gr site with embroidery services are not ready-to-deliver but are embroidered to order with the logos-embroidery desired by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal:
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use and not for the service of your individual activity, then you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days by returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal is valid as long as the product is in its original condition and the return is made at your own expense and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (whether you return it yourself or send it with a carrier). If the return is approved, we will refund the full price you paid for that purchase in the same way you paid for it.
Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of Withdrawal
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product so that it is considered timely and no additional justification is needed from you.
In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, that the packaging is intact and that all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included.
In the event that the product has lost its value due to mishandling that goes beyond the simple examination of the product's functionality and features, you will have to compensate with monetary compensation for the reduction in its value. In this case, the specific monetary compensation will be deducted from the amount we will refund you. In any such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed. Unsealing the packaging of the product automatically implies that it has lost at least 50% of its commercial value and in case of withdrawal it will be credited accordingly at 50% of the pricing value, unless it concerns a purchase you made following our proposal or the item you purchased
it has no packaging.

Product returns
Product returns are accepted in certain cases. These are the following:
The case in which the products you have received have a defect or are of poor quality with proven fault of ifadishop.gr.
The case in which ifadishop.gr sent you the wrong products and not the ones you ordered.
The case where the product has a defect and is covered by warranty.
In the event of ordering the wrong size, no replacement is made except in specific cases. If you do not know your size in an item, please contact us.

In the above cases the customer can return the products, but this should be done within (7) seven calendar days from the day of receipt. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete, undamaged and in their packaging (if any), accompanied by all documents and original proof of purchase. In the event that the return is not made within the time period provided or some of the return conditions are not met, ifadishop.gr has the right not to accept back the products and not to proceed with their replacement.
In any case, ifadishop.gr reserves the right to reject any refund request without the obligation to justify this decision.
ATTENTION: It is noted that cases where the returned product is not in its original condition cannot be returned. If, for special reasons, the return of such a case is exceptionally accepted, then the company will pay a part of the price which will be determined for the specific case according to the condition of the product and its current commercial value and after checking the condition of the product at our distribution center.
Shipping costs: the shipping of the product to be returned as well as the transport costs to and from our business are borne by you.
In the above cases except for the Withdrawal, any replacement or credit will be made after the returned product has been checked and found after the check to be subject to a replacement or credit process in accordance with the above. The refund of any paid price or part of it, if it is subject to a process of reducing the refunded amount, will be done by issuing a Gift Voucher for the next purchase.
