Payment for your purchases can be made before or during the delivery of the product in one of the following ways:

Payment by card (debit or credit through VIVA).
Deposit/remittance to the company's bank account.
With payment directly at the physical store.

Shipping charges

Free shipping for purchases over €100

(Shipping is done with ELTA Courier or Speedex)

Simple shipping (up to 2 kg) is charged €4.00 (+1.20 for each extra kg)
Each parcel is weighed before it is sent to ensure the lowest charge to the consumer.

Orders are shipped with the courier company chosen by the customer upon completion of each order.

After the delivery of the package to the couriers, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur until delivery to the customer.
